REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order Cancellation

Due to the manufacturing and production process of slime, we do not accept cancellations, and all sales are considered final. Please carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

If you have an urgent matter and need to request a cancellation, please contact us at customerservice@cococloudslimes.com. We will assess whether your order is eligible for store credit or a return, as each case is unique.

Product Availability

Please note that all items are subject to availability. In the event that your order has been canceled, we cannot guarantee the availability of the items originally included in your order.

Returns

For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for slime.

Refunds/Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your item arrives damaged (slime that has turned sticky/melted is not considered damaged)

For damaged items, please contact us at customerservice@cococloudslimes.com within 5 days to ensure sufficient evidence is provided. We will try to solve your issue within 3-5 business days.

We do not issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, war, government seizure).
  • Circumstances after receiving merchandise (pets getting access to the slime and ruining it, playing with slime before washing hands, playing with slime on a dirty surface, or any causes that occur after the delivery of merchandise)

Address Change

We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to input and review the correct address to ensure its accuracy.
