I just placed an order, when will it be shipped out?

All orders require 1 to 7 business days of processing time for packaging (not including weekends and holidays) before they are shipped.

Please note: this does not include weekends and major holidays. Delays in transit may occur due to postal operation errors, weather conditions, and holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined based on a variety of factors, including; quantities of products ordered, customer’s address location, and which method of shipping that was selected. Shipping costs will be displayed before purchases are finalized.

My package was marked as delivered, but has not shown up yet. What should I do?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, the carrier may have placed it in a safer location. Please check your mailbox, porch, garage, and neighbors.

Packages may sometimes show as ‘delivered’ but could take up to an additional 72 hours to arrive. If more than 72 hours have passed since the 'delivered' status, please file a claim directly with USPS. We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as “delivered”. To reduce wait time, customers can now directly email their local USPS for a follow up: click here (the customer needs to enter the tracking number)

If I paid for expedited delivery, does that mean my slime will skip the processing time?

No, all orders need 1 to 7 business days for processing and packaging (excluding weekends and holidays) before they are shipped, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently offer international shipping to most countries outside of the U.S. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout before finalizing your order .Please note that international shipments take longer than domestic shipments.

Customers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by their respective countries during or after shipping (such as customs, duties, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local post office to determine these fees before placing an order.

What happens if my package was returned back to the sender.

Invalid addresses are the primary reason packages are returned to our warehouse. If your order is returned due to an address issue, please contact us at customerservice@cococloudslimes.com We will issue store credit for the total amount of the order. Please note that, for sanitary reasons, we do not re-ship returned packages.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to input and review the correct address to ensure its accuracy.
